Masti-Bull shows cautious behavior towards strangers, but they are not overly aggressive towards them. They do not entertain conflicts, either it is somewhere else or in their family. To stop conflicts, they can also step between two arguing people. This happens because of its high sensitivity level. Nature wise it is shy and sometimes timid, early socialization and proper care can stop these traits. The breed has hunting skill that makes them enjoy fetching. They have a protective attitude towards children and connect with affection for them. The time the dog feels any danger for his family, it becomes aggressive.

General Health

Masti-Bull is a large dog that needs enough room for stretching out, although it requires little maintenance. Being an owner of Masti, one should brush them once in a month using a rubber glove for removing dead hair and dust from the coat. Masti may also inherit mastiff wrinkles; then, they will require cleaning up the wrinkles regularly for preventing infections. During summer one need to do this daily. For preventing tartar build-up and bad breath, brushing the teeth every two or three times a week is a must. Keep a check at the ears once a week to prevent bad odor or redness. It can lead to infection sometimes. For cleaning the ears use cotton ball wet with warm water. Wipe the canine\'s ears gently every week. Make sure to trim the nails every week.

Some health concerns include Canine Hip Dysplasia, Cataracts Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), Hypothyroidism, and Bloat or Gastric Dilation Volvulus (GDV)
